Seamless Integration of Kontact Libraries into Komplete Kontrol

NI needs to integrate Kontakt library management into KK. Right now it's a mess, having to open files, drag and drop stuff just to get access to the library with key lights. And forget about being able to navigate to a Kontact-oriented library from the S88 dashboard! The only way this seems to integrate is at the DAW level. It's really a shame since KK is otherwise such as good control panel integration point all on its own. I often just want to try out some ideas without setting up tracks in a DAW.

Food for thought.

Otherwise the whole KK, NI, S88 universe is by far the most powerful platform I know. I've owned the Yamaha CLP560 Clav and the DGX660 but they were "locked in" so many ways. NI have freed this all up, and I congratulate you for that move. I demo this to my Yamaha and Roland player buddies and they're blown away!

Keep going. Seamless integration of current and future libraries should be a high priority for NI.

Not sure what you mean really, first all NI produced and Kontakt Player supporting third party Kontakt libraries can be accessed directly within Komplete Kontrol, so not sure what you mean about opening and dragging files unless you mean third party non player libraries? Also since Kontakt 7 and MKIII Kontrol keyboards you can use Kontakt with the keyboard with light guide etc already
