Cannot access third party libraries in Kontakt 7 from Maschine
Hello all, I am having an issue with Kontakt 7 and Maschine, and accessing third party Kontakt libraries (such as libraries available from Soundiron). I have added the libraries into Kontakt 7 as in this article: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/6677339715741-How-to-Add-Non-Player-Libraries-to-Kontakt-7-s-Browser, and they appear in the Native Instruments section of Library view. I can access the added libraries from Kontakt 7 standalone, and using Kontakt 7 as a plugin in Ableton. However, I cannot see any of the added libraries inside Maschine 2 as standalone or a plugin.
If a third party library has a NI serial number, and that number is added to Native Access, that library appears in the Library\Libraries window in Kontakt, and in Maschine. The added libraries without a Native Access serial number do not appear in Library\Libraries nor in Maschine, but do appear in Kontakt under the Library selection in the Native Instruments tab.
I have successfully added the third party libraries to Quick Load, but that did not allow them to appear in Maschine.
None of the libraries appear in any User tab in Maschine.
Native Access, Maschine 2, and Kontakt 7 are all current (as of 08\03\24) according to Native Access.
I'm a bit of a NI newbie, and I'm sure I am missing something simple, please help if possible. All replies are appreciated, thanks!

Unless Soundiron update them to be NKS compatible all you can do is load them into Kontakt inside Maschine and play them that way. That’s really on Soundiron to sort out, not NI.

You’re not missing anything, you just have to load them from inside Kontakt

Thanks, but I'm using a Maschine Mk3 (should have mentioned that originally). I need to be able to access the third party libraries with the Mk3.

If they are not Player compatible libraries such as would be installed via Native Access you have to load them via Kontakt. Just like with third party sound banks for your plugins, you have to load the plugin to access the presets (unless someone has kindly converted them to NKS). It’s great to have such a high degree of integration with many modern libraries within Maschine and Komplete Kontrol but the fact is not all companies create products that are part of that ‘ecosystem’

Thanks again for the response; so the issue is that some of the Soundiron 3rd party libraries cannot be used with Maschine MK3? That's not good…. Here's a screen shot of my Kontakt screen with the Soundiron files loaded. The ones in Quick Load are the ones I can't access in Maschine MK3, those on the left (Kinetic Trats, Alicia's Keys, etc) show up and are loadable in the MK3. Thanks again for your help, much appreciated.

Thanks again for all your help. I did not realize that the sample libraries had to be loaded into a user library in Maschine (Preferences\Library User, then rescan), and could not be accessed if installed only in Kontakt. I added the Soundiron Circle Bells library into Maschine, and it works fine in the MK3 now. Much appreciated!
