cannot load arturia patches on Komplete control software, message "Loading issue"

i recently got the V collection X from arturia, but i can't load presets or instruments in komplete kontrol, i restarted windows, but it didn't fixed the problem, i'm using fl studio 24 btw on windows 11 // komplete kontrol version 3.2.1

i re scanned plugins using the standalone version, and now the plugin version works

Try rescanning all plugins

I presume you did install the VST3 plugins?

Try installing the latest versions of Arturia, and do not uncheck anything in their installer

Then, try opening KK standalone application and performing a plug-in rescan

Also make sure in the ASC, Arturia's equivalent of NA that silent install isn't checked. When you install the Arturia Vst's you should see the dialogue box that offers options of what and where to install the software. Make sure third party resources is checked as this includes the NKS data needed for Komplete Kontrol and Maschine browsers in both the hardware and software to function correctly. If you're still having problems then rescanning each Arturia VST in the Komplete Kontrol preferences/library might get it working properly. I had the same problem a few days ago with Arturia Pigments and it sorted it out for me.
