    Got it. Many Thanks.

    The dmg file is removed by the installation failure by the Native Access.

    But your comment gave me the courage to "reinstall" the entire app through Native Access / library / applications and selecting the option in the little dots menu. My initial thought were that I would get my existing version rather than the new 3.3.1. I reinstalled Kontakt 7 which was also failing to update in the same way.

    Ah yes, the trick is to copy the dmg to another location before it gets deleted - good way to back up installers too

    but anyway, reinstall worked which is all that matters
