KONTAKT 7 Activation failed

Hi, I can not update Kontakt 7 in my WIN11 Studio PC. NATIVE ACCESS shows the Update, I can download but then it says installation failed.

I ve spend a lot of money in buying libraries, i want to have it working.

Anyone?
