Factory Library 2 is installing forever. How to stop it?

I can use the Library it in Kontak 7 without problem.
It prevents any other instrument to be installed. I get a 'waiting to install'.

How to stop the installing of that Library? I got this little bar going back and forth all day now.
Uninstalling/reinstalling Native access did not do anything.
Same with Task Manager.

    Thank you for your answer.
    Restarting stopped the forever installing
But now all the instruments in Kontak 7 are the same piano. The instruments were all fine before the restart.
Whatever I choose in Factory Library or The Free Orchestra is a piano.
I think I need an exorcist.

So it was showing as installed in Native Access before? Have you tried to restart your computer?

I don't have a piano in my samples

The piano is present in Kontak 7 when I do not open my DAW (Reaper)
When I use the instruments through the Daw, they are all fine.
The instruments used to be playable in K7 only but if they are OK through the Daw, I am fine with it.

It is an overall reinstall following a Windows 10 total crash.
Please consider my issue answered and thanks again!

    It worked!!!
I am sorry I did not look in the answered questions about the unexpected piano sound.
I should have done my research.
    Thank you again!
