I just purchased Kontakt Factory Library 2 and it isn't showing up in Native Access. What do I do
I just purchased Kontakt Factory Library 2 and it isn't showing up in Native Access even though I input the serial number. I want to input the serial number again but it's nowhere to be found in my email or on my Native Instruments account.
What should I do?

It should show in your account on this page - My Products, Serials & Downloads (native-instruments.com)
If it's not showing there then it's not been linked to your account for some reason. If that's the case I'd suggest talking to support via the chatbot you can find on this page - Account Support – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
