Trakto pro 4 Remix decks and cue point issue

I'm havin issues with traktor pro 4 on the remix decks
If I try to offset a loop in a slot it just either stop or loop on a very tiny portion of audio (few samples) instead of the original loop ( 4 or 8 bars for example)

And on the track decks I have an isue (that was present on traktor 3 as well on my old laptop)
If i remove the first cue point (with is put there by traktor it self) and i put another cue anywhere then each time I try to loop on whatever length it does loop but at the very begining of the track

current setup is MacBookPro M1 MAx 16 (2021) Ventura 13.6.7 Traktor Pro 4.0.0.135 with both issues.
Old setup was MacbookPro15 Intel I7 (2010) high sierra 10.13.6 Traktor Pro 3.5.3 303 with only cue issue on track decks

Is there another (better place) for that king of feedback ?

I am also having issues w/ Remix Deck sample speed/size, offset, and glitchy triggering.
