Kernel Panic Issue

Logic Pro X: Version 11.0

I have been experiencing periodic kernel panic issues for some time without knowing the exact cause. After recently updating Kontakt 7 via NATIVE ACCESS, I continued to experience kernel panic symptoms. Today, I suspect that the cause of the kernel panic may be Kontakt 7. After the last kernel panic, when I opened an empty template in Logic, Kontakt 7 failed to load as shown in the attached screenshot. When trying to add an instrument track in the arrange window, a message saying "Maximum number of Software Instrument tracks" appears, and I cannot add any tracks. Logic is in a completely empty template state.

I am currently unable to proceed with any music production. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Did you ever figure out a solution? I just purchased the Kontakt 15 Collector's edition and feel robbed. Kontakt 8 causes a kernel panic every time I open it. Komplete Kontrol doesn't list any of my instruments. And Kontakt 8 doesn't even show up in my DAW. I've been in chat for over 40 minutes now waiting for then to connect me with a support agent. The Native Access app renamed my library volume half way through downloading 300 instruments, causing over half of them to throw up a warning icon because the volume doesn't exist. All this, and I haven't even played a single note yet. I'm very close to contacting paypal and rejecting payment.

Okay, problem identified. I use Displayport to Thunderbold. If I clock down to 60hz it works. If I use HDMI it works too. You can start Kontakt as a standalone in the settings and then click the Start as standalone button.
