How do I add more than one instrument?

I found this on the Native site: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/14815078734109-How-to-Create-a-Multi-Instrument-in-Kontakt-7-7-and-higher

But is see no place like this to click on when using NoireFelt or Crosstalk Piano. It used to be so easy to add instruments on different channels. Why have they made it difficult? And why is support nonexistent? I would be happy to just pay extra for some support.

    Well……the space suddenly appeared for loading another instrument.
