I just updated to Mac iOS Ventura 13.6.7, Intel processor, Logic 10.8.1, Kontakt 7 7.10.5

The keys are working fine. I can hear the instrument. I'm talking about the Play, Rec, Stop, Loop etc. No lights. They no longer work.

Please close Logic and delete this file:

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs

Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:

Open Logic again, you should get a prompt asking to connect the keyboard, accept. Is everything working now?

Also check that Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt and Logic all have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Jeremy - I'm sorry to say Logic never gave the prompt asking to connect the keyboard. I made sure everything listed in the 'How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS' was enabled. I found the library file from your instructions and deleted it. I checked in the Controller Assignments. Nothing is working. Please continue your help. I have no other way to get this working.

    Thank you

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs

Do you have any other MIDI devices connected?

Yes, I have a FocusRite Scarlette 4X4. Which, as I understand, shouldn't have any influence on the Komplete controller software.

Ok, let's try this. Please close Logic and delete these 2 files:

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist

The first file is to reset the control surface, the second to reset all user settings in Logic.

    Any success with that?
