Cannot install Native Instruments

I'm trying to install Native Instruments on my computer, but when I try to install it, I get this error message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, and file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

For context, I am trying to download this on a non-administrator account. I tried downloading this on an administrator account and it worked just fine. But it seems to have issues installing on a non-administrator account. How do I fix this?
