Recognition issue fixed with S-Series 88 MK3

I used the provided cable for power by inserting the round shaped USB-C end directly to the wall socket adaptor and the other end to the ''Power Only'' socket of the controller. I then used this USB-C to USB cable for host connection and it fixed my recognition issue.

    What "recognition issue"? What was it not recognizing?
