hi there,
I am using most recent Kontakt 7 in most recent logic in intel 13.6.7 Ventura OS. Attached screen shots. it is having problems uploading Stacks (which I have bought and paid for) and I am unable to get to work. Any help is
greatly appreciated! tx. Chris
What version exactly of Kontakt 7? Please click on the NI logo in the Kontakt window when in Logic to make sure, is it the same version as the standalone?
Have you updated Stacks recently in Native Access?
Can you load the library in Kontakt in standalone? Is everything functional? Have you selected a coreaudio driver for the standalone application?
Have you given full disk access to Kontakt and Logic? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
@cadel Can you try to reset the Kontakt's database?
Does that fix the issue?
Hi Jeremy, well I have gotten it to work but weirdly, Stacks shows up as part of Komplete Control now and works fine. Contact 7 is still the same as the screen shots I sent to you. I can alternatively load stacks into kontact 7-can you send me a screen shot of what Kontact is supposed to look like and what expansions, etc it should have. I do not have this same problem at all with my Catalina OS and earlier logic. thanks
HI jeremy,
I did go to core audio setting and changed what for some reason was Microsoft teams audio to computer output. I screen shot the other pages for your review. Kontact 7 standalone and also in daw remain the same-maybe not somehow engaging the libraries/expansions? thank you very much
Hey you still didn't answer the most important question. Have you reset the database for Kontakt and with what results?
Hi Jeremy, Firstly my sincere apologies. Somehow I checked it out as you suggested and did not reply so my apologies. So when I reset the database with the standalone it works great(eg all the expansions to the left including stacks) but no change when I open Kontact 7 in my DAW-does not show all the expansions to the left as the various screen shots I have sent previously. I also checked that it wa using the core audio in my audio settings. Again my apologies. thank you. Chris
(separate itemWeirdly stacks has showed up at times in my desktop Mac OS Catalina, logic 10.4.7 and it says Demo in bright red letters)
@cadel I've contacted you by email regarding this issue. We'll need to have a deeper look in your system.
thank you replied to your email. At the airport now for business trip, will work on actions you ask when I am finished w workday or first thing in am. Again, thank you. Chris
Hi Jeremy-Thank you. Responses below (by the way, this K7 and stacks works fine in my older 10.4.6 logic w Catalina OS.

ANSWER:::::::::Yes I can open and send screen shots of what appears in K7. Note it is the same in my DAW. Not sure what you mean core audio drive for standalone-how do I do that?

@cadel Have you tried to reset the database of Kontakt as showed before?
To choose a Coreaudio driver in Kontakt in standalone, simply go to settings → Audio
Simply choose a Coreaudio driver, like the one you use for other audio applications.
