KOMPLETE KONTROL cannot select device after reinstalling

I deleted the software and reinstalled it, after which KOMPLETE KONTROL cannot select KOMPLETE KONTROL M32. Only keyboards work. buttons and jog do not work. SHIFT + MIDI/ PLUGIN didn't help
