Just purchased Kontakt 7 .
How long does it normally take for Download email to arrive ?

there is no download mail, just a mail with the serial. You install native access, log into your account and then add the serial there on the bottom left.
I downloaded kontakt 7 from native access whithout problems . When I start Kontakt 7 the screen goes black and does not start. Kontakt 6 works normally. I works with 32 gb of RAM and windows corei 7
If you are getting a black screen at startup - it may be graphics related.
To draw the UI of many of NIs newer interfaces - you need specific GPU support (Direct3D etc)
Would help if you list your hardware etc
