Need to stop Kontakt from receiving mod wheel MIDI information

I have Kontakt 7 and am using an Akai MPK 249 for MIDI. However, I believe the pot on my mod wheel is broken and I don't really care about fixing it and I don't know how to. So, I need to get Kontakt to stop receiving information from the mod wheel because it's making the fourth knob from left in Analog Dreams randomly turn all over the place. I've tried to nix it from Ableton 11's MIDI map to no avail, I believe because the knob is just shooting out random information. So, I need to completely stop Kontakt from listening to it. How do I do this?

    Hello,

    if you own max4live you can use this tool and exclude cc1:

    MIDI-Filter version 1.1 by md5 on maxforlive.com

    or you klick on ksp, load the transformer and set the output to a midi bus and ch you don´t use, you maybe have to set the midi input of the instrument to port a 1 on top of the instrument

    @Uwe303 Cool tip, thanks!

    @Shindig109 Unfortunately the modwheel assignment is hard coded in certain libraries.
