I have a kontact session horns pro by e instruments.

I would like to know if I purchase the TEC breath controller 2, if it is compatible fully with it so that I will enjoy playing and won't be limited.

i would say yes, it puts out up to 4 midi cc´s every vst instrument i know can handle, you can map or use standard cc´s like cc7. Have you seen this:
