Stradivari Cello does not work with KK S88

I did not use Stradivari Cello for a long time now and waned to use it in a recording.
Problem: As soon as I use one of the articulation keys ("red" keys) the instrument keys do no longer work - no sound, no blue light.

I tried this within Komplete Kontrol software, in Kontakt 7, using the hardware keys of my S88 MK2 or the Kontakt software keyboard keys - all the same. After reloading the patch - no mater which way - it works again - until one of the red keys!

It can not be used this way.

I use it Cubase 13 - same result also in Cubase 12. Isntalled latest Cubase updates, latest NI updates (no Stradivari update among them)

Really frustrating - a nice instrument that is useless….

Hello,

have you checked that there is an articulation loaded in the articulation slot for that keys. If not the blue keys go dark cause there is nothing to play, so it is expected behaviour.

In fact i did not check that. My previous experience was that always there are some articulations placfed in the slot by default.

I will chek it.
