Delete a library from Native Access
As far as I understand it:
— Native Instruments has no support
— the only way is to ask "the community"
— search did not provide an answer
So I will ask here:
All I want to do is remove a library from Native Access.
It was a free third-party library (Sonoscore Orchestral Elements).
Obviously sometimes we will try a library, and decide not to keep it.
I easily removed the folder. But the entry in Native Access won't go away.
I have been told about:
user/library/preferences, user/library/application support
Mac HD/library/preferences, Mac HD/library/application support
nothing there
I have searched my HD for every word I can think of, nothing comes up.
How do I remove this from Native Access, and why is it so hard to do?

I am not familiar with the Kontakt library. However, if you need to use Native Access Add Serial function to install or activate the said library, that library title will be permanently added to your NI user account, and will always show up in Native Access whether you have installed that library or not.
The current option is to open a NI Support ticket and request for that library to be removed from your NI user account (though I am not sure if they will do that).
Alternatively, you can request in the appropriate Community Discussion forum for NI to add a feature to hide libraries, expansions, and plug-ins you do not wish to see in your Native Access. (Sorry, I can’t remember which forum posting—you have to do a search for it.)
