NI account is totally screwy due to subscription model

I can't access half of my purchased VSTs because it says access to them has expired per my 360 Essentials sub. I've had that since last year and used minimal inclusions… I've also BOUGHT licenses for all of the VSTs I have. Again, most of them aren't showing up - and then there's an entire Izotope product that isn't even listed in my NI account (serials, etc.).

Kontakt is working fine, but again, a lot of products I've purchased to use with it aren't showing up in it - and when I try to re-add serials, it says they've already been added and to contact cust support.

I don't need or want to upgrade to the Pro, in fact I'd like to quit the entire sub model altogether so I can just use my products. Right now, this is a huge drag. I couldn't find any cust support form to fill out, and somehow got a ticket opened in a roundabout way last night. Anyone have insight, help, experienced anything similar? Link me to the actual NI cust service contact form? THANKS!

@alissaann I quickly checked your account, the subscription still shows as active. My colleagues should get back to you as soon as possible.

Yep, it is, but that doesn't address any of the discrepancies. Unfortunately it seems like I need some TLC to have things functioning properly… a couple colleagues of mine (musicians) also looked at it and recognized the same issue(s). I'm just waiting for my ticket to be moved into the queue/responded to. Thank you!
