icons missing

Hello, I am starting in Kontakt, I have installed Kontakt 7 but in the general panel I am missing the icons, I have followed the Kontakt instructions but it still does not work, maybe somebody can help me.. greetings and thank you very much

If you mean these icons:

The UI changed a bit with Kontakt version 7.7. Instead of those icons, there are now FILE, LIBRARY, … menu entries housing the options that the icons once had.
