Newly purchased Guitar Rig 7 Pro doesn't appear in Native Access
I just purchase Guitar Rig 7 Pro update. It doesn't appear in Native Access. It appears in my registered products as Guitar Rig 7 Pro Update and displays the serial. If I do "Add a serial" in Native access, it results in the screenshot attached.
But it is nowhere to be found in Native Access. If I click the Refresh button, it says Kontakt 7 Player successfully installed. (??)
Please help!

You are using the old/legacy Native Access 1 version, which doesn't reliably show newer product updates anymore.
Download the new Native Access 2 app from below, install it and login afterwards. You should find Guitar Rig 7 Pro either under 'Recently Added' on the 'Home' screen or under 'Library' > 'All' or 'Available'.

Thank you. I misunderstood that screen. Because I already had Native Access installed, I ignored the download links. You'd think I would've gotten some indication that an upgrade was necessary.
