Nothing but problems and false phone numbers with native instruments and Kontakt 7

if you were a songwriter, producer, musician, or anybody expecting to get anything done quickly with native instruments in Kontakt 7 again. It took three days just to get one product to work on there and on the seventh product even after upgrades it still doesn't work. You can't get a hold of anybody when you do they don't answer the question, they don't resolve the problem for days on end. If you call their phone number.

NI does not offer phone support.

And those numbers are probably the front desk of the LA satellite location. (if they are still accurate at all).

You would have better luck telling this forum the following:

1. The issues
2. Your version of Native Access
3. Your version of Kontakt (currently)
4. Your OS
5. Your DAW (if applicable)

The crew in here has solved a lot of oddball issues and if needed can point you to the actual Product Support area.
