Kontakt 7 - problem with sending to audio/video (wav) file

Hi,
I work with Ableton Live 11.
During the export of the finished work to the audio/video - wav file, the tracks with symphonic sounds are recorded very quietly, they are practically not heard.
The problem concerns plugins - Emotive Strings, Action Strings 2
I tried to freeze the paths but it doesn't help. I don't know what I'm supposed to do?
Anyone have any idea why this is?
