S49 MK3 fully connection with Maschine+

Hi there,

I just bought the KONTROL S49 MK3 HW but I found that I can just use it as a simple MIDI keyboard when it connected with my Maschine+, how can I get the fully connection with Maschine+ like the S49 MK2?

You just can‘t - at least as of today.

So hard it is: Get a S49 Mk2. Without having used it: Even an A49 should integrate much better with Maschine as S-Series Mk3.

According to NI posts in the community Maschine integration is a feature not many users needed. Therefore it wasn‘t on priority list for S-Series Mk3. A better integration may come in future but no one outside NI knows if, when and how.

Thanks! Very sad to hear that…I already have both S49 MK2 and A49, The purpose I bought the MK3 is for its large screen work with the Maschine+ at live performances. Now I shouldn't have bought it…

Maybe you are eligible for a return. It is worth a try. I just got certified refurbished S49 Mk2 because of the Maschine integration. Okay a Mk3 would have been out of question price wise, especially as I am new to the game.
