Failure to identify the serial number
Hello . I bought the native instrument s61 mk2 device second-hand and I don't have access to the seller, and to register the serial number of the device in the Native Access software, I have a problem that the serial number is duplicated and the serial number is registered, and I get an error message. please guide me.

You‘ll need a licence transfer ID from the seller or have to contact NI support.

If there is no way of obtaining the licence transfer ID you have to contact NI support. You will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on your hardware in this process.
