Configure audio interface with AMP modeler via SPDIF without DAW
Hello,
My setup includes komplete-audio-6 , Fractal FM9 (AMP modeler), laptop and a pair of desktop monitors.
I am connecting the komplete-audio-6 and FM9 via SPDIF.
Is there a dedicated software for komplete-audio-6 that can help with the configuration?
I am looking for a way to config the audio card without using any DAW. Is there a solution for this? or do I have to use any DAW?
Thank you

This is all done via the GR7 Standalone app - here is what mine looks like:
Set your driver/device at the top.
Use the Inputs and Outputs area to assign the ins/outs to the Komplete Audio 6 interface and you should be good to go.

You do not need a DAW to configure any audio interface. The interface needs to be installed to the OS (with the proper drivers) and if done correctly - should act/appear as just another piece of hardware.
Not sure why you need to use SPDIF - but this combo should be very easy to hook up.
GTR IN→FM9 OUT→Komplete Audio 6 IN→Laptop Out (or phones Out). Done.

Thank you for the guidance. I have followed your suggestion and connected the devices accordingly. However, I still need to specify the channel I am using to the interface. Typically, this would be done through a DAW, but I am in search of dedicated software for this purpose.
