Hoard Picked Acoustic Plugin No Longer Working in Kontact 7

HI,

I purchased the Hoard Picked Acoustic plugin that I added to Kontact 7 last year.

It was working fine until recently.

I have contacted their support and they suggested to contact NI support on whether there is a patch or other solution to the problem.

I have Cubase 13. The sample is responding in it's VU meters - but no signal in the Cubase 13 track.

All my other samples work fine. So does anyone have any ideas or have a solution to this problem?

    PS. There is no sound coming out of the monitors even though the Hoard plugin shows signal when played.

    And if you open Kontakt in standalone, do you get sound? Have you selected multiple outputs at some point?
