Installed Guitar Rig 7 Pro but the Guitar Rig 6 Pro thumbnail still appears in library

Although there is no evidence that Guitar Rig 6 Pro in still installed on my PC (i.e. it is not listed anymore as apps available for uninstalling) , the thumbnail picture still appears in the library. How do I remove it? I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling, and refreshing, but it will not go!

Cheers

Keith

Not enough to go on here.

What "library" are you seeing this thumbnail listed in?

    What version of Native Access?

    What OS?

Many thanks for your response VP.

The library is the standard listing from Native Access 3.12.1. and I am using Windows 11 (all up to date).

You can see from the screen print that Rig 6 is not installed (but is still showing the thumbnail) and Rig 7 is ready to be opened and works as it should.

Ah - now I get it. This is normal.

NA displays ALL the products in your NI account at all times regardless whether installed or not.

AND you can have multiple versions of products installed at one time as well.

I have the same thumbnails here for GR6 + 7. No concerns - simply ignore it.
