I have full kontakt and twice i've been told full kontakt is required.
Why is this happening despite me having full kontakt and having native access tell me its been installed?

You have the Free Player.
You will need to upgrade ($$$) to the full version of Kontakt.

when i click upgrade i'm routed to a page that tells me kontakt 7 has been installed
i think i may have figured it out…is it because my license type is player? so i need to make it full in order to stop experiencing this issue?
