Kontakt 7 crashes

Hello, Unfortunately, despite all NI given solutions and reinstallations, Kontakt 7 (7.10.5) still crashes after loading an instrument or even during loading.

I have added my system32 file to this ticket, hopefully someone can help me🙄

Should be able to edit your original post and delete that attachment.

As far as your issues there - sounds like a more serious problem that will require NI support.

Your system 32 file has no bearing on this and may actually contain private info. Suggest you delete it.

What would help more is some info on your system:

What OS?

What DAW?

What libraries cause a crash?

What exact error message comes up on screen?

Windows 11 home, (latest version) 10.0.22631

Cubase 13 pro but it happens in a standalone Kontakt 7 as well,

libraries actually, at all libraries for NI or third parties.

Unfortunately there comes no message on screen, Kontakt 7 instance disappears immediately.

How can I delete my attachment?
