KK + ProTools + A25 troobleshooting

Same issue here as I used to have before when Facebook 360 was interfering with KK in ProTools.

Issue was fixed.

But since I updated some NI instruments and installed iZotope Everything Bundle,
Exponential Audio Stratus3D + Symphony3D, Brainworx Creative Mixing Set, and added some new Kontakt instruments (Cycles, Polygrade), issue is back.

Unable to select my instrument on A25 (shift + track instance). Scrolling only displays two instruments and unable to select any of them.

Just updated from PT 2023 to last 2024, same issue.

Any idea ?

    Is this only happening in Pro Tools? What's happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Are you able to browse, load, play and control all instruments and presets?

    What version of ProTools were you using before exactly? Is this happening on new projects? Old projects? Were these old projects made on an Intel Mac? Have you tried opening those with PT in Rosetta mode? How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
