Kontakt 7 Player + Cubase 13 crashes without warning everytime I open Kontakt Instrument window

If I open the Kontakt 7 window in Cubase 13 when audio is playing, Cubase just crashes instantly. No warning at all. This also happens in older versions of Cubase (I still have 9.5 installed). If there's no audio playing, there's a chance that it doesn't crash (but still probably will). Also opening Kontakt 7 player takes a few more seconds than Kontakt 6 and 5. It's just weird.

It's very frustrating. Kontakt 6 and 5 were much more stable. However the newer instruments requires the latest Kontakt 7. I tried every solution in the forum (reinstalled, disabled Nvidia overlay, making sure Kontakt version is the same, even reinstalling, etc).
This doesn't happen to Kontakt 6 (bless those some instruments that still work on them)

I've lost so many work hours to this crash.

Has anyone experienced the same thing and found a solution?
