tl;dr: Sending maschine under warranty back to seller to have it fixed/replaced, what should I do in terms of licenses and hardware serial number?

Full version:
Hello beautiful people of the universe, I have this upcoming situation and wanted to know what should I take care of.

So my Maschine MK3 has had one drifting knob since I bought it, which didn't bother me much, however, things got worse with time.

I've just found a receipt for that Maschine and realised it's still under warranty (last 3 weeks).

So I am filing a complaint and sending maschine back to the seller to get it fixed/replaced.

Question is:

What should I keep in mind before sending it away, in terms of hardware serial number - licenses - etc ,,..

Do I have to "unlink my HW from account" or something?

Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

best is to ask the seller, but in my experience you just send the device back without anything other, hardware wise, no cables no power supply. Just the device and paperwork.
