I have a tricky issue here after buying a Mac Studio and want to download and install Komplete 10. I bought NI Komplete 10 very long ago(physically with discs). I then created a NI account on my then mail that was a hotmail adress. When I switched to gmail I set the old email to forward all mails to the new gmail adress. Years later I got a notification from Hotmail something about my hotmail being demolished. Long story short. I can't access the old hotmail and the recovery password email doesn't forward to my current gmail account so I can't access my old NI account. I have now created a new account and tried using the license key on the back of the box to get access and install the thing. But here it says that the license key has been registered to another account. Am I screwed here? Is there no way for me to install Komplete 10 on my new Mac Studio?
