Anyone have a fix for this issue (NA shows all products as uninstalled)

NA updated itself recently, and now I see all my products, but they all have "Install" next to them. It also shows nothing in the Updates section, even though I know there are about 30 products that need updating. When I open Kontakt 7, it works, and does show all my libraries, so the problem is NA. I have tried deleting the NA xml file, rebooting, reinstalling, etc. I haven't seen any mention of this issue. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you upgraded to the newest NA which uses a different plugin architecture and storage location for the updated products. That's where your new NA is looking rather than the old location. In my case I just replaced the libraries with the new format and location and deleted my old ones.

Thanks for replying, but I don't understand..What new location? When you say you "just" replaced your libraries, you mean you re-downloaded them all? I have about 150 products. I should mention that I'm on PC, windows 10.

    Hello Yanidim,

This issue is due to corrupted "Native Access.xml" file.

It is reported that deleting the Native Access.xml file one time is not enough. After deleting it and restarting computer multiple times, the correct Native Access.xml get created and the products are showing correctly in NA.

We are working on a fix for the issue in the next update, of NA failing to download the Native Access.xml correctly.

Unfortunately in the meantime we can only offer these two workarounds:

    I hope this helps☺️

Thanks for the help guys, it seemed to have fixed itself..I did delete the xml file a couple of times. In any case there's a new update, and so far so good.

The one thing that remains to be "fixed" is the fact that it requires you to have the full install space free on your hard drive (Fables, Lores, etc take a lot of room!) even though the update may only be a couple of hundred Mbs.

Hello again Yanidim, I'm happy to hear the issue is fixed☺️

Yes, the Native Access is requesting more space than the update in case of any future updates and auto updates, in these kind of cases it is always highly suggested to open up a space if it is possible.
