Rearrange Order of Layers?

In instruments like Sequis or Schema where you can phase in subsequent layers using the mod wheel, is there some secret way to change the order in which the layers are stacked?

If not, then this would be at the top of my list as a features request 😃

Moving the ModWheel sends a stream of cc#1 messages in order, 1-127 and back.

Use a different device to send individual cc#1 messages with the value you need for each layer in the order you want.

If you have to use the ModWheel, use a simple multiscript to adjust the values.

As far as I can tell the instruments are fixed within the preset. You can edit any of the presets and change the instrument and the order they're in and save them as favorites. But changing instruments requires editing.

Of course none of this is within the scope of what NI can do since these libraries belong to Orchestral Tools.
