Samulnori Percussion doesn't install in Native Access 2

I purchased Samulnori Percussion (by Soniccouture) today for use in a project. Native Access 2 says "Install", and it downloads, says it's installing, and afterwards the "Install" button shows up again. I watched my downloads folder, and watched the .iso file get downloaded, then disappear each time.

I do not know how to fix this. Please help.

Hello NKAudio, sorry for the issue

This issue is related to the newest version of the Native Access, here is the workaround that can help you to solve that:

Please quit Native Access, then delete the "Native Access.xml" found here:

Win:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Mac:
Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Then restart computer & Native Access
Alternatively downgrade to NA 3.8.1 (that seems to dl the xml file correctly > NA will then self update back to the latest version).

I administered both methods, and it seems to have worked. It's not my place to say, but I would advise taking down the current Native Access 2 build.
