Hello. My S49 is not starting properly. There's a constant color loop after I turn it on. My PC doesn't detect it. I have tried installing drivers but it didn't work.

I had to send it for repair. It was repaired and arrived back to me a few days ago. They have replaced the mainboard.

    Hello,

have you tried another cable and another usb port, maybe there is not enough power.

I tried on my laptop. Different ports. Still nothing. It happened suddenly when I installed some of the software (Native Access or Komplete Kontrol). I turned around and it started doing this loop.

normally if you install stuff containing drivers you don´t connect the keyboard, just connect it if everything is ready and installed, if you use windows also have a look into the device manager and see if you have some devices without drivers or something.
