After purchasing KONTAKT 14 STANDARD EDDITION (No Hardware) i was unable to locate my KONTAKT 7 serial code. I don't know how to contact customer support. i tried to email them but i got redirected to here via an automatic response. This is super frustrating, i just want to cook…… if anyone could help me to contact customer support it would be a blessing.

Glad it seems to work now.

Usually Native Instruments software only needs an internet connection during activation itself - in most cases immediately after NA downloaded it. Once the software is activated it should run offline with no flaws.

I'm pretty sure you don't get separate codes for the separate components of Komplete. If you goto https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ you should see your Komplete 14 Standard code, and if you download Native Access, Kontakt 7 should be available for installation.

Does anything new appear in Native Access? If not, what is your version number? If it isn't 3.11.1, re-install Native Access.

Kontakt 7 shows up in Native Access. i am able to use it in FL studio but eventually it will ask for the code, after this happens kontakt 7 breaks and most of my products disappear from it. I have registered the code for KONTAKT 14 STANDARD multiple times. I am not sure how to see my serial number.

Yet you haven't said which version.

Also, what happens when you open the standalone version of Kontakt 7?

Sorry for the confusion. I am not sure how to see which version of native access I have. When I open the standalone version of kontakt 7 it just shows some of my installed instruments (not all of them) Not with my computer atm so I can’t check.

You don't get a serial number for Kontakt 7 if you get it as part of Komplete 14 Standard. As you don't get them for Battery 4, FM8, Guitar Rig 6 Pro, Massive, Massive X or Reaktor 6. There ist just Komplete 14 Standard with a serial number and it is the product which gets registered in your account. With this you get all products contained in Komplete 14 Standard with Native Access.

Kontakt itself should never ask to enter a serial number. If it for any reason isn't activated anymore you need to do an activation in Native Access.

So if I activate my KOMPLETE 14 Standard code in native access then it should activate for KONTAKT 7 is what you’re saying? I’ve done this multiple times but this does nothing. KONTAKT 7 asks me to activate it then once I click activate it takes me to native access and asks for a code. Hope that makes sense. Maybe I need to reinstall Native access or something.

Kontakt 7 asks for a native access code after I have it open in FL studio after a while

As I got Komplete Standard just recently I don't have to much experience with it. But with Ableton Live it works for me. What does Kontakt 7 say in the screen when you click the NI logo in the upper right corner? There is a serial number listed for me and it states "Licence Type: Full"

Sounds for me as if Native Access hasn't activated your copy correctly.

I am unable to check right now but I will let you know once I can. Some products do show up in kontakt 7 but the majority don’t. I’d assume that none would show if my account wasn’t connected. Thanks for your help and time 🙏

The problem seemed to have resolved itself. When I checked which version of kontakt 7 I had it said the most current and fully licensed. Can I only use this if I am connected to internet? That’s when it seems to mess up I think. I appreciate everyone’s time that tried to help me
