I purchased KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD but it is not reflected in my NI licence information

I purchased this set of products, but when I checked the Native Instruments 'Registered Products & Serial Numbers' page, the software information was not registered (the email address is the same). I get an error when I enter my licence information. I would like to know how I can install the software.
