    Had to roll back to 7.8.1, the 7.9 download link had exceeded it's quote via google drive. It's working again. The latest 7.10.5 didn't show up in pro tools and it wasn't in the aax folder.

    @terrybennmusic What version of Pro Tools are you using? What's your operating system?

    Aree you 100% sure the AAX file is not present in that directory? Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-Ins
