can't record maschine mikro3 on cubase 12

hi all.

got a maschine mikro 3 i tried all online instructions yet i still can't play pads and record them on cubase.

The track is empty and when i stop recording it disappears.

Also when, as instructed, press shift+ @ button to switch to midi mode. all pads turn white and don't play sounds.

Also got 88 keys mk1 keyboard but it's not turned on while I've tested all that.

It sounds like Cubase isn't seeing the MIDI input. Do you see the Mikro in the Cubase MIDI setup, and if so is it enabled for input? If you do see it, do you have the MK3 selected as MIDI input for the track?

I see it in studio setup checked as input

I set all inputs on track.

that's this morning.

UPDATE

I restarted my PC and follower the procedure

1 loading a group

2 pushing group in @ and midi

3 than manual host and all

4 shift+@ to put maschine on midi mode

and now i see bars on cubase!!! YES!!!
