traktor pr0 3.11.1.17 and kontrol s3 - major bugs- erratic tempo pitch adjust fader

hi, ive recently upgraded to a mac m2 pro and the latest version of traktor

when the s3 is connected the tempo pitch fader jumps around erratically, wether the sync button is active or not.

also, if the pitch variation is set to +/- 8%, it can jump from -4 to +12 and indeed often outside of the partamaters set e.g. -4.3 to +14 etc.

have changed the usb cable, used different usb ports.

kontrol s3 is firmware updated.

tried mapping the fader to limit it to +/- 8% and no good, still jumps outside these parameters.

it is impossible now to use, as if out of sync, i still cant mix manually as it still jumps around

im at my wits end and have gigs in a few weeks

Does traktor get midi signals when you don't touch anything?

What would indicate a hardware fault.

yes , traktor is getting midi signals when i dont touch anything, but the problem only happened once i upgraded to mac m2 pro from intel, the s3 has never left my bedroom and has always had a dust cover on it

ive just tested the s3 on my macbook pro with 3.1.11.17 and there is no erratic pitch control fader issues so i must assume that it is a bug in traktor using the m2 pro
