Auto filler put 2 different shipping addresses on my order, is there a way to change it?

I ordered Komplete Standard & M32 keyboard and quickly realized that the shipping address mixes up 2 addresses in which I live. I submitted a ticket with no answer yet, and i'm scared that the package will get delivered to a new address (combination of the 2 addresses I put) before I can get any help. I know this was my mistake for not paying enough attention, but I need to know if it is possible to change the address and/or get confirmation that it will still ship at the right location. Thank you!

I did try that yesterday, they couldn't get me an agent so now I'm just stuck and can't try to get a new agent. It did say someone would contact me via email soon, and only got this morning an email saying my ticket has been escalated to a specialist who will contact me shortly. That was 13 hours ago. I know some people wait a lot more than that but I just don't want my order to be delivered at some random place while I'm patiently waiting for a response that never comes.
