Kontakt 7 won't open — crashes 100% of the time, never worked once

I am so let down.

I've installed a fresh copy of Komplete Ultimate 14. Fresh system install (M1 Mac Mini from 2020). Tried running it via GarageBand just to test it out. Failed. Wouldn't load. Caused a major system crash.

Restarted. Read an online forum that said to add disk access to all the applications. Tried to run Kontakt 7 as a standalone app.

Crashed again. Restarted. Crashed again. This thing has NEVER opened ONCE.

I've attached the crash report. I pray this is enough for the goon squad at NI to help me out.

    Update: Downgrading to Mac OS Monterey fixed the problem.

    A word of caution to anyone stupid enough to try the latest Mac OS with Native Instruments: DON'T.

    Just don't.

    I'm going to try downgrading from Sonoma (14.5) to Monterey (12) and see if that helps. I've been reading some bad stories on here about people struggling with that OS.
