I purchased Session Horn Pro yesterday and when I open Kontak and use the library the cursor is constantly working like it is doin something in the background but the patch is already loaded. Any ideas of what is happening?

That's typically only the first time it's loaded if the computer has been off or sleeping while it gathers info on the libraries, but once you select the preset the Session Horns Pro is ready pretty quickly even though it's working for a short time to complete loading the samples. Once you get going everything up and running things should load and operate very quickly.

I understand that when it is loading but I am only loading the Alto Sax which is 486mb and it is completely load and it continue to do the same thing. No there is something wrong. Can I send a short video showing what is happening?. Please let me know where to send it. Thanks Tony

What I would rather do is simply get your basic technical setup to see if there's something that might jump out at me.

What computer and OS and version are you running?

How much memory does your computer have and what size and type of disk storage are you using?

What version of Native Access?

What version of Kontakt?

Also when you say cursor are you talking about the mouse pointer or the text cursor working on something? And are you still able to continue to work in Kontakt when it's doing that?

The mouse pointer it is going for hourglass to pointer and back and forth. It is doing this without my DAW open. I just loaded Kontakt and it's doing the same thing

This system does not allow for any type of video upload only photos. Please let me know where I can send an .MP4 file to demonstrate
