I have bought Kontak 7 complete and I only see 16 cores out of 48

Hi. A few hours ago I downloaded Kontakt 7 in full, along with the free tools, I found what I was already afraid of and I need an answer and a solution, since in the engine section, I only see 16 cores and I have 24 cores that add up to 48 threads with the Amd SMT. Please Help. I bought it today and it won't let me send a support request.

What exactly were/are you expecting? For it to use all cores?

The OS controls access to the cores - what OS are you using?

And - and application would need to be specifically optimized to ever hope to access all cores. Pretty sure that Kontakt is well written but not 100% "core" aware.

In the first instance, it is said and it is said in the manual that Kontakt will recognize all the Cores, to be able to select the ones or the quantity that best suits me for their correct functioning, especially with some libraries like Pharlight that have effects like RepliKa among others, which consume a lot of CPU, yesterday I bought Kontak 7.10.5 the latest version and I found that it only reads 16 cores out of 24, 48 if we count the SMT (Simetric Multi Thread) and I would like to know why that happens, if in the manual it says that Kontakt displays all the cores of the processor just like WINDOWS 11 PRO 64 Bit does. In fact, the operating system uses the Cores in the most convenient way, that is supposedly, for this to be the case, all the cores are selected in msconfig, "so that Windows does not forget to use them, simply because it is Windows", but without going into That topic, I already know the limitations of Windows that cuts the Threads up to 32, however the system sees in the device manager the 48 physical cores and the Virtual Thread that makes the SMT in AMD.
