I did something messing with outputs and now there is no sound coming out

I had everything working but messed it up somehow. I am totally new to all of this by the way. I have Komplete and a s61 MK3 keyboard. I use studio One 6. I was trying to follow a video and set a bunch of output channels and save it as default so I could run multiple instruments in one instance of Kontakt. Somehow I think that messed thing up and I tried to revert back to the way I had it before. The same issue happens in the stand-alone and in my daw. No sound. In my day I can see the midi info being registered and it will even record but there is no sound. Is there a way I can just delete a file with all of the saved settings and put everything back to defualt? My midi settings for my interface seem off too when I open studio one. Mi extrenal device settings for the keyboard say komplete kontrol day midi out 2 and below that Komplete Kontrol S ? I trid posting a pic but I am too new here so they wont let me.I feel like I need to delete my midi settings in the interface/daw and my input output settings in kontakt and komplete kontrol and go back to square one but I can't seem to figure out how to the that. I uninstalled kontakt and reinstalled it and that didn't help. I have goggled it and I am still at a loss. I also did a windows update this morning and wonder if that has something to do with it ?

Ok, I figured it out. Hopefully this helps someone else at my expense. Somehow when I removed the 16 stereo outputs I tried to make my default, It also removed my "host" Choice. I picked the 1st one KT ST 1 [1], and all of the sudden I had sound again. Man I buggered that up good. Live and learn. I still don't quite understand midi and all of the routing options, but one mistake at a time I will keep figuring it out bit by bit!
